PsychIQ is a small, independent project, and real people read what comes in. Whether you have found a mistake, want to understand how a score works, or need to reach us about privacy, there is one address for everything.
The fastest way to reach us. We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days.
hello@psychiqlab.comIf an item reads as ambiguous, a score looks wrong, or an interpretation misses badly, we want to know. Include the test name and, where you can, the specific question or result band. Reports about scoring and item quality go to the top of the queue — the accuracy of these assessments matters more to us than the size of the library.
Every test names the published framework it draws on, and every score explains how it was calculated. If you want more detail on an instrument, a norm, or how a band was set, ask. We are happy to explain exactly how a number was produced, and to say plainly when something is a provisional estimate rather than a validated norm.
Assessment answers are scored in your browser and are not tied to an account. If you have a question about what is stored on your device, about cookies and advertising, or you want to exercise a data right under GDPR or CCPA, write to us and we will answer directly.
For interview requests, citation queries, or questions about using PsychIQ material in research or teaching, get in touch with a short note about what you need and your deadline.
A lot of common questions already have detailed answers on the site, and you will get the information faster there than by waiting on a reply:
We cannot provide diagnoses, clinical advice, or personal counselling by email. PsychIQ assessments are educational tools for self-reflection, not medical instruments, and no one here can responsibly interpret your situation from a message. If a result worries you, please bring it to a qualified professional who can see the whole picture. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away — in the US and Canada you can call or text 988, and findahelpline.com lists free, confidential services in other countries.
