Terms of Use
By using PsychIQ, you agree to use the platform as an educational self-reflection tool.
Educational Use Only
Results are not diagnoses, clinical evaluations, hiring decisions, legal advice, or guarantees of outcomes.
Premium Access
Premium features may remove ads and daily limits. Paid entitlement persistence depends on configured Stripe and account infrastructure.
Safety
If you might hurt yourself, feel unsafe, or are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or crisis support immediately.
Availability
We work to keep PsychIQ available and accurate, but the service may change as tests, infrastructure, and policies improve.
Payments, passes & refunds
Every test and every full result is free. Premium (Life Mirror) is entirely optional and is sold as a one-time pass — a weekly or monthly access window — not an auto-renewing subscription. Nothing recurring is charged; when a pass expires, you simply revert to the free experience. Access is granted immediately after payment. Because premium is digital access delivered instantly, passes are generally non-refundable — but we're reasonable: if you were charged in error, charged twice, or never received the access you paid for, email hello@psychiqlab.com within 14 days and we'll make it right. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
Advertising & affiliate disclosure
PsychIQ is supported by display advertising and, in some cases, affiliate links — for example, a book we recommend after a test. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never influences your test result or which resources we surface, and such links appear only after a test, never inside sensitive mental-health screeners.
Acceptable use
PsychIQ is provided for personal, non-commercial, educational use. Please don't scrape, resell, or republish our content, misrepresent results as clinical diagnoses, or attempt to disrupt the service.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The assessments and content are provided "as is," for education and self-reflection, without warranties of any kind. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice and are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified professional. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PsychIQ and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where PsychIQ is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions? Email hello@psychiqlab.com. Last updated: July 2, 2026.
